Free Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £150.00 within a 30 mile radius of our store, being situated in South Lincolnshire, this takes us accross the boarders into Cambridgeshire, with Peterborough falling in the FREE DELIVERY area, and also the otherway and into Norfolk, although we will go further, prices are available upon request.


Free Assembly

Our deliveries are made by our own vehicles and by trained knowledgeable staff who will safely install your furniture into your home with as little fuss as possible.  They will assemble all products and remove the packaging (unless stated otherwise).


Price Match

Over many years of trading as a family business, our price promise and guiding principles have been to offer an extensive range of quality furniture, coupled with expert, friendly and knowledgeable service, competitive prices and a comprehensive “peace-of-mind” after-sales service.

If we have slipped up on our pricing and you do find exactly the same product on sale at a local retail store (within a 50 mile radius) at a lower price (including delivery, installation & other services provided), we will happily match the competitor’s price.

To ensure that a competitor has not inadvertently mis-quoted on a product or service or omitted certain options that will increase or decrease the price, we will usually verify their quote. Price match is on the basis that the equivalent payment terms apply. i.e. if a competitor’s terms are payment before delivery then our terms will be the same.

We cannot always guarantee to match prices on, internet web-sites, closing down or clearance sales but we would welcome the opportunity to give you our best quote. Experience has taught us that often we are unable to verify availability, comparability of goods, their quality or the standards of service and support offered by these suppliers.

Hills will always acknowledge our customer concerns and requests. We will listen and act on these issues accordingly. At Hills we treat our customers as we would wish to be treated ourselves. Hills will endeavour by all means possible to resolve issues within an acceptable timescale. Our service team are trained to be sympathetic and understanding to our customers, regardless of the level of the concern.

We deliver our commitment to quality service through active co-operation with our suppliers, our staff and our customers. We will endeavour to give as much information as possible to the customer with regard to the issue that may have led to a standard of service that is not up to Hills expectations.
